Online application

If you are new to the Hatch application process, you will first be asked to create a profile. Then you’ll apply to a specific job posting which includes answering a series of questions. Your answers will be verified through review of your transcript, resume, and/or reference checks. You will be required to upload your resume and then to upload your transcript. Unfortunately, you will not be considered for a role if you do not upload both documents (resume and transcript).

Be sure to proofread your resume and double check to ensure we have the correct contact information. Use a personal email instead of your school email and make sure you mark our system emails as “Safe” so they won’t go into spam.

Online assessment

If you successfully move on to the next step in our process, we will send you an email invite to complete our online assessment which helps us understand who you are as a person. There are no right or wrong answers; we look for a variety of personalities and approaches.

On-demand video interview

Once again, if you move on to the next step, we will send you an email invite, and you will have 3 days to practice and complete your video interview. The great part is you get to choose the best time and place.

In-person interview

An on-site in-person interview at one of our Hatch locations is the last stage of your application and is a chance for us to get to know each other even better. You will receive an email invitation confirming the day, time and place of your interview and you should prepare for this interview like you did for the on-demand video interview.

Thanks for your interest in Hatch, and good luck!
