Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Water Engineer to join either our Water Team in Sydney in 2026.

As part of the Water team, you will gain exposure to engineering activities on a range of exciting projects across the infrastructure sector that promote environmental sustainability in infrastructure. Supporting project managers, project engineers and designers, you will have the chance to be involved in the preparation of design drawings and other technical information related to wastewater and water treatment plants, sewer, watermains and roads.

You bring to the role:

You will have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering with a strong academic record. Candidates will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.
