Earth Sciences and Engineering specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise.

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Support Design Development: Contribute to construction plans and details for watermain and sewer systems
• Perform Engineering Calculations: Assist with hydraulic and pipeline design, specifications, and cost estimates
• Apply Engineering & CAD Software: Use civil modeling tools and CAD software to prepare technical drawings and documentation
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including senior engineers and project managers, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Research & Innovation: Engage with industry suppliers and support development of new technologies and design solutions
• Quality & Compliance: Assist in quality reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safety initiatives

You bring to the role:

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (2nd–4th year) from an accredited university
• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, safety, and quality
• Highly organized with attention to detail, quick to learn, and adaptable to change

Compensation:

Range: $26.00 - $33.00

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
