As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

 

As a Co-op Student within the Pursuit Governance team, you will support the enhancement, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of CRM tools, including TCM and SharePoint.

 

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Support enhancements, testing, and maintenance of CRM tool & test scripts
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Assist in existing reporting capabilities and report development
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and user experience
  • Support presentations and other team deliverables 

You bring to the role:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Technical, or related)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and CRM tools (an asset)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative

Compensation:

 

Range: $24.00 - $27.00

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
